Learn To Play Guitar SoftwareThe amazing thing about the guitar is the complete freedom to do what you want, when you want, how you want. Jimi Hendrix played it with his teeth! Well what he really did was pluck the strings with his teeth and used his exceptional ability to play the tune only with his fret hand to make us believe he was playing it with his teeth, but we can't argue with such a talent. You can play them sitting down, lying down, standing up, in fact Noel Gallacher says he never thought to try it standing up until he got his first gig, he had always played sitting down. He hadn't even thought to buy a strap until he realised he would need one, if he was to play standing up, or his guitar would fall off. Is that why he looks more comfortable on a stool? All of which goes to show that when it comes to learning to play, you can do just anything you like. You can go to a guitar teacher, probably the best idea if you can get a recommendation from a friend for a good one. You can get a mate to teach you a few chords and practice. If you can get C, G and D off nicely, you could just about get a recording contract, it wouldn't be the first time! Eric Clapton practised for hours, days, weeks, playing along to records he bought, perfecting everything he heard. Well it worked for him, that's for sure. Which all goes to show that in this computer age, if you want to learn using a computer program, what's the harm, go for it.
