The AXL Thin AmpAmplifiers range from small, battery operated units which literally are made out of cigarette packets, to great heavy things which take two roadies to push around. Somewhere in between, you can find the Thin Amp. This amp is about the same size as a notebook, or laptop, computer and comes with a case similar to a laptop carry case. It is easily portable and would be ideal for taking on holiday, business trips, or for using at home. There are eighteen built in effects, including vibrato, digital delay, reverb, chorus and flanger, and ten watts of output power, through two built in four inch speakers, which should be enough for practice around the house, even for small parties. There is an optional rechargeable battery pack available, if busking is your thing. It can be carried in, set up and in full action in a couple of minutes, looks ideal for that "Listen to this!" moment. |
